Hi, parent-heroes! We want your DALO Family Apps experience to be easy and joyful, so here's the not-so-fun part in plain, simple language—our Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them before using any of our apps or Services.

1. Who We Are & What We Offer
We're DALO Family Apps SRL, based in Romania. Our apps are here to help you simplify family life—by subscription only, for your personal use. No reselling or commercial use allowed.
2. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Payments
- Accounts: You'll need an account to access our features. In some cases (for example, sharing a milk stash via My Milk Stash), you may invite a co-parent or caregiver to join as a guest using a unique access code. Guest users can view shared content and participate as designated, but may have limited access compared to full subscription-holders.
- Subscriptions: Most app features are available via paid subscription, with sign-up, management, and cancellation handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payments: All payments and renewals are handled securely by your chosen app store. We never see your payment details.
3. Using Our Services
- Personal Use: Our apps are just for you and your family—not to be shared, resold, or used for business.
- How You Use It: Please don't break any laws, misuse the service, or try to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our apps.
- Minors: Our apps are for adults (parents and guardians), not for children under 18.
4. Availability & Service Changes
- We aim for our apps to be available whenever you need them. Sometimes, maintenance or technical issues happen. We'll do our best to notify you about any major downtime.
- We may update, change, or discontinue features or apps at any time. If we make any big changes or discontinue a service, we'll give you reasonable notice and the option to unsubscribe.
5. Content, Advice, and Disclaimers
- Health & Parenting Info: Everything in our apps—feeding logs, nap plans, recipes, bedtime stories, and tips—is based on general recommendations and best practices, not medical or professional advice.
- Always consult your healthcare provider or qualified professional for specific concerns. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our app content.
- External Links: Sometimes we link to outside resources (like Facebook support groups). We're not responsible for external sites or their content.
6. Account Termination & Data
- Your Choice: Cancel your subscription via your app store anytime. If you want your account and all data erased, just let us know or use our in-app/account settings.
- If you unsubscribe, we'll keep your personal data for up to 12 months (in case you want to come back).
- If you delete your account, all your data will be deleted right away.
- Our Choice: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services.

7. Liability
- We do our best to keep info up-to-date and services running smoothly, but our apps and content are provided "as is."
- We cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from them or your use of our Services, are governed by the laws of Romania. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Romania.
